Excellent doors and very nice staff, they go out of there way to help even the small contractors

While this business provided quick turn around, I am appalled by their business practice and ethics. I was informed that they have a standard procedure for after hours access to product and after arriving for the product, having previously arranged pick up, the product in fact was not available.

When I called in to make the owner aware of the huge slip up, I was told they don't make any kind of concessions to the client when such mistakes are made.

This was a HUGE set back for me and caused major loss of money. My review stands firm.
If you wish to have a good experience with service you can TRUST, do not buy from Quality Doors and Millwork. When you want good customer service and follow through on products and services, do not buy from Quality Doors and Millwork!!
