The only chimney contractor with a Master Mechanical License as required by law in all jurisdictions in the KC area. Check local building codes departments for a list of Licensed Mechanical Contractors in your area and you will not find any other chimney company listed. We pull permits where required. Gene and his crew were wonderful! We had a chimney fire and our insurance company tried to deny our claim but Marge at Hearth Masters helped us fight the insurance company and prove that per our policy it was a coverable loss. They replaced our chimney liner and firebox and we couldn't be happier. Gene made sure we were well informed on everything he was doing or going to have to do so there were no surprises. We can't sing their praises enough. Although a chimney is an often neglected part of the home we have been telling all of our friends, family, and coworkers that if they need anything done don't even bother calling around and just call Hearth Masters. If my wife ever convinces me to put in the brick pizza oven in the back yard she's always wanted I'll know who will be putting it in!!!
I got four estimates and even though HearthMasters was the highest priced, I would't trust anyone else to do the work. They are very professional and neat, and do high quality work. If you need a masonry chimney rebuit by a company who knows what they are doing, call this company.
