I wanted to give a big thank you to Tom and his team. I needed to have a special truss made in a rush.... Tom gave me a great price, said he would have it ready in three days, wound up having the truss ready in two days.

Tom has the worst customer service skills I have ever had the displeasure of meeting over the phone. Sorry, you loose Tom.
