The Potomac Heights Volunteer Fire Department and Rescue Squad s facility houses pumpers, ambulances, two-brush units, a water rescue unit with a tow vehicle, tankers and a heavy-duty rescue squad. It offers an emergency vehicles operations course, a nationally recognized class that provides students with information on sensible and safe emergency vehicle driving procedures and collision avoidance.
