Beyond frustrated. Bought a used tire from them and it had a bulge in the side. I could let that slide since you kinda take your chances with used tires. But they did not tighten the lug nuts properly. We developed a vibration which I thought was from the bulging tire, then a couple of lugs broke off. They refused to replace them, even though it would likely have cost them little time and almost no money. I am now the sworn enemy of this business.

Great place! I was in a real pinch when my tire blew in the middle of the week, I needed a tire fast and for a low cost. BMB was my life saver. I came in the next morning after it blew and they had my tire replaced in 15 minuets and it only cost $20, I wasn't even late for work that morning. They are extremely nice and I would go there every time.

I actually created a yp.com account just so I could write this review. This is the worst place I have ever had my car serviced at. I had my tires rotated there and I ended up missing a lug nut. The next day I heard a noise on the interstate and realized that my tire was about to fly off. When I pulled over I noticed that my lug nuts were never even tightened! This could have caused a serious accident. This place is filthy and the people that work there look like they haven't showered. Stay away by all means!

as i went to the parking lot the people were rude and pushy and they didnt have the tire size and the last time i got tires from them they were bubbled and there were the wrong size! they were good low price thought but wrong size tires and the people were pushy and unprofessional.
