This is a nice assisted living facility. However, the management is all about getting your loved one in the facility and their money. After leaving several messages regarding concerns about a loved one, they are slow to return calls. My parent has dementia and is quite difficult to deal with, yet they don't seem to be professional enough to handle the situation or respond to phone calls but went overboard to get her to move there and take her money.. Find another place where your loved one can get the care they deserve.
