I recently received email from Golds Gym with a request for me to fill out a survey. So naturally I filled out the survey and provided very direct and candid feedback.Later the same day, I received a scathing email from the General Manager of that Golds Gym. In that mail note, he attacked my character and berated me. I found the mail note insulting and offensive. Both his tone and his words were sarcastic, adversarial, and lacked dignity and respect. I am not used to being treated that way, especially in a situation where I am the customer.Whats up with that?
