I purchased my bedroom set 3 months ago to be exact. I paid $1,869 for this 5 piece set. They used cheap wood to hold the bed up in the middle area. No one recommended metal. You think they would as much as they charge right ? So my bed rail broke ! I took the wood to Home Depot as I thought when I saw the broken wood they said it was cheap wood. You can look at it & sew how cheap it is. I call the store they send someone out 3 days later. Only to tell me I have to pay for the side rail replacement huh ? Why. Claim they're warranty is only for 30 days. No its broken because of neglect or foul play is. Rosen because YOU ARE SELLING CHEAP FURNITURE AT A HIGH PRICE !! Do not buy anything from here. THE WOOD IS CHEAP they are getting over on us. If you want customers to come back & refer other people then you need to make sure everything you sell is worth the mone #ripoff #donnotbuyfromthem #cheapquality * I ONLY rated one star because it wouldn't allow me to sum it my review without a rate.
