A huge shout out to Parker and John in the Seasonal Department at the Issaquah location. On President'a Day, my husband and I came into the store searching for a part for our pressure washer. Turns out, it would have been impossible for us to fix it had it not been for the expertise of Parker and John that detected a broken off part on one of the connections. They managed to remove the obstruction and we were then able to purchase the part needed to make the power washer operational. Kudos to both of them for going the extra mile with OUTSTANDING customer service. Because of them, we will definitely be using Lowe's as our first choice home improvement one stop shopping destination.

Lowe's has everything you need. Their customer service is excellent. I don't have to hunt around looking for someone to help me. The employees actually come to me instead. That is a big difference between Lowe's and the other leading competitor. I would highly recommend them.
