Locally owned and operated, Gold’s Gym Jackson is the oldest fitness center in Jackson, Tennessee. We also host specialty Yoga workshops throughout the year. We feature Les Mills programming, including BODYPUMP, BODYATTACK, BODYVIVE, BODYCOMBAT, & CXWORKS. The instructors here have a wealth of experience and are some of the best in the business. Gold’s Gym Jackson stocks the very latest cardio equipment, such as elliptical machines, stair climbers, rowers, treadmills and stationary bikes as well as a full sets of free weights and high tech strength training equipment. We offer FREE safe and secure onsite childcare that is available to our members. After your workout you can treat yourself to a healthy shake at our smoothie bar that is delicious but won’t derail your fitness goals. We have an outdoor pool that is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day every year. Our members even receive special discounts from over 70 local businesses through our PERX Program. We are heavily involved in the community and support many local charities through events held at the gym throughout the year. For instance the Gold’s Gym Turkey Day 5K which has given over $50,000 to RIFA, the American Cancer Society through Breast Cancer Awareness month which we are proud to say we raised over $10,000 for this past year, the American Diabetes Association and other local charities.
