I had a horrible experience with this company. If you are looking for assistance with any tax problem, then find another company for assistance. The Sales Department is only focused on making sales. After I signed up, it took over a month to receive any assistance. During this time my accounts were levied by the IRS, then I got the run around when someone from Tax Defense Network contacted me. I finally requested a full refund only to have to file a complaint withe the Better Business Bureau to recover my money. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
