Being stranded is no fun. I broke down last night and spent ALL night trying to fix my vehicle. Was at wits end this morning after dealing with my tow provider (lots of cussing) when they finally connected me to Troyz Towing. Nicole answered the phone and what a ray of hope she was. Not only did her and her coworker lighten my mood with their fun and cheery banter, they got the job done proficiently. I have taken a lot of hits lately (still recovering from my house burning down) and dealing with Nicole at Troyz not only got my vehicle home safe but gave me hope that good things CAN happen as long as there are people like them in this world. Me and my dogs can't thank you enough. If you're stranded in Jacksonville, don't waste time calling other tow companies. CALL TROYZ!!

If you notice all the 5* reviews are anonymous users. Aka troyz employee reviews. If you need truck service done do NOT call these ppl they lie about work to Jack up their prices. They told me my boss said tip do this and do that. When i called my boss and asked the story changed. I was the confused one on what was said. They didn't do what They said and still changed for it. You've been worned. It's your own fault if you read my review and still use them.

I have no hesitation in recommending this company. My info was taken over the phone in a courteous manner and they followed up afterwards. The wait was in the time frame they estimated (an hour) and the driver (Thomas) was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. I would definitely use this service again if necessary

Well, I'm kind of suspect at this point as to how this is going to go. They were supposed to be here promptly at 8 a.m. I'm up - and when I called in, the guy said, "Well, my guy had a late night, but he'll be there shortly." I'll update my review when I see how long it takes for me to get to work.

I recently broke down, and Troyz was sent out to tow me. I would like to say how nice the driver was. Very Courteous, and helpful. I would defiantly use this company again. Thank you again Troyz Towing!!!
