Turn around time in regard to warranty terms and troubleshooting support is effectively one day. Traveling technical staffs are sourced from Jacksonville, Tampa, and Miami, Florida as well as, Norfolk, VA and New York, NY.Professional load bank testing is performed in-house. From the 14.000 sq.ft. main warehouse located in Jacksonville all shipments are efficiently prepared for ground or air freight or package delivery to most parts of the Western Hemisphere and overseas delivery can be made available.
