0I needed a place for my two dogs while my son played baseball in a tournament there. It was 94 degrees out and we had to check out of our motel by 11:00. These kind people offered to take care of them for the day so I didn't have to worry about my pets. Unfortunately our team was eliminated early, but when I went 3 hours later to pick up my dogs, the gentleman refused payment. Told me to have a good day and wished our team well. So rare to find good hearted people. Thank you. I sincerely appreciate your kind gesture.
Great facility with a staff that is super to my pet. My dog loves to go to camp! The kennels are clean and well kept. I wouldn't trust anyone else to care for my dog.
We boarded our dog here for 26 hours and it was 26 hours too many. They were extremely rude when we dropped him off and even worse when we picked him up and we dealt with 2 different people. Our dog was dirty and smelled like urine when we picked him up. He has been boarded before at other facilities and we have NEVER gotten him back like this. They were supposed to clip his nails and didn't. But that is a blessing because who knows what they would have done to him while doing that. They tried to over charge us and were mad when we pointed it out. And let me remind you that they only had him for 26 hours. Worst kennel we have ever seen or heard of. If you love your pet then don't bring them here.
Not Professional at all, made an appointment to have my dog groomed for 9am this morning took a day off work had the dog there at 8am when I dropped the dog off I was told the would be finished sometime after lunch then a 2pm I receive a phone call they did not have time to groom my dog today but I could bring it back another day and they would do it then!! Is that not what an appointment is for so you could provide a service that day!!!
