I had to take my parents out of this facility I would never recommend this facility to anyone. My parents were not cared for properly, ie. my mother was rarely taken out of bed, she ended up in the hospital with two blood clots in her leg, dehydration, and bronchitis. Every call I made to the nursing station I was told "well I just got on duty, but I will make a note in her chart." After many calls like this I made a call to the supervisors. Again nothing was done that I requested. The facility is beautiful but under staffed or the staff just don't care. Once I moved my parents out and into another facility my dad cried and thanked me for getting him out of there. My parents are 86, 87 yrs old. I would never recommend this facility to anyone.
