I think Seth is a great landlord. He runs a good building and is very selective about who he leases to. As a single woman I appreciate that, and feel safe in his building.

Carla Nicole Properties has been my landlord for the past 10 years. They have renovated the building which I live in, with the most expensive quality kitchens and bathrooms; the heat in the building is individually controlled by each appartment tenant. The reviews that I have read are false and are a completely opposite of what this business truely is!:) I reccomend renting an apartment from many of their properties in Hudson Country area. Not to mention the staff is extremely courteous and prompt on getting back to me... especially Ana Marie who is very kind to me and the other tenants. Trust me... if you want a place to live... get it from Carla Nicolel!:)
