My daughter has a serious condition. A medication she has to take daily. Many times when I picked up medication, there was an "I own you sign" I always reminded of the owning situation, because they never remembered. My last business with them, I called a day before and when my daughter went to pick up medicine, they did not have any available. Complaining about it made it worse. You CAN not complain at this private entity. I was called and told that they will not serve me anymore. I had to run and transfer prescription. My doctor called one time to refill electronically and they got personal insinuating that my daughter was not taking the because they had extra. It is illegal to stop public service because of a complain. They are there to serve the public. Another time, I called from work and when I got there they gave me wrong medication.
