Anyone trying to get an apartment at aspen woods should make sure that the adults on the application have good credit because if not they will DENY you it don't matter if 1 person has good credit & the other don't you will get denied & waste the $ you spent for an application fee its $25.00 per adult which is ridiculous!!!!!!! its such a shame that they deny people because 1of the 2 adults has no credit not bad credit just no credit!!
