Super geniune people. They really surpass everyday service. A chain required repair and instead of trying to take my money they spent 15 minuntes fixing it.
These guys were a great help to me and my family when we were in need. At first I felt ashamed and embarrassed finding myself in a financial situation that was beyond our control and having to ask for help. One of my coworkers suggested that I come and see Paul at Prestige Pawn. We work on commission and I had a large medical bill that I had to cover for my wife before her surgery . I explained my situation to him and he was very accommodating and helpful when guiding me through my options. I brought in two of my Rolex watches for him to hold and do a loan on them for me. He made a few calls and got a fair valuation on my watches and made me a very fair offer. I felt very comfortable the whole time being there and he inspired confidence in me to hold my possessions. He knew alot about the watches I was presenting him and he handled them as if they were his own "babies" as I called them. he was able to give me the money I needed and my wife was able to have the surgery she needed. When I returned to pick up my watches they were sealed and exactly the way he had sealed them in front of me. I was very pleased at how easy they were able to help me out and how they made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. I didn't bring my family since I personally felt bad about having to ask for someones help and understanding but just being there I saw everybody was happy to be there and thanking them for always helping out. while I was waiting for Paul to be available another customer and I struck up conversation and she made me feel better about them since they "hold" her large diamond in between real estate sales. I had preconceived notions coming to a pawn shop but they quickly put my mind at ease and I am going to bring my wife in to visit when shes better to shop. kudos to you gentlemen and thanks again.
Love these guys! They're very friendly and helpful. They remember who I am and it's always a personable experience. Fair and honest. I always feel safe when I go into the store, which is not something you can say about every pawn shop.

If you are looking for excellent deals on diamond rings and engagement rings then you should stop by and see the huge selection of rings they have at Prestige Pawn. Jack and Paul were very helpful when I went shopping for an engagement ring for my fiancee. Why pay full retail at the mall?
