When you first enter the store, a charming sales person that greets you says 'if you need any help my name is' and walks away. I took my time, didn't feel like i had a shadow creeping up on me. Then when it came down to check out it wasn't hard to get the item i wanted and with a discount that assisted my budget even more. I was thanked for my business and the store manager even came out and asked how was i treated. I shopped around before i stopped in Garden City Furniture collected a variety of prices and they priced matched and gave me a discount. Thank you to Garden City Furniture and its management.

If you have furniture delivered, watch the delivery people. I had furniture delivered and my laptop disappeared. The furniture assembly was never completed as well. Regency never showed very much concern. BEWARE!!
