Deb Dassion is highly qualified in permanent make-up. She has many certificates and hastaken classes t keep up on the new equipment. I have had her do my eye liner, my eye brows and today my lips. For the first time I have lips that people can see. AMAZING! Deb's work is exactly what a working busy woman needs. Go see her. Skin care is also something Deb Dassion is awsome! By far the best facials! Deborah is extremely knowledgeable and has improved my skin when meds from the dermatologist (both topical and systemic) have failed. She treats the individual! I have also had perm. eyeliner (tatoo) done - it is natural and beautiful. I had no swelling, I went to lunch with friends the next day and they could not believe how noninvasive it was.
