this place was very pleasant and the food was wounderful

I went to KFC around 7pm on April 1st to get a 6 piece chicked strip and 1 large mashed patato with no gravy! That's it! Yes...That is all! The first mistake was the mashed had gravey on them...I noticed it when he handed it too me thru the drive-thru so I handed it back and he said "I'm so sorry, I will go get them myself." He handed it back to me and I trusted it was right (BAD IDEA)! I got to my friends salon to share this meal with her and opened some sort of mashed/chicken/corn/cheese bowl??? What is this? I have no idea! I'm super upset so I get back in my car and drive all the way back down there and they still do not understand what I'm saying...I JUST WANTED A LARGE MASHED PATATO! What is the freakin problem! Anyway....I will not go back here, ever! I can't believe that 2 items were messed up in the first place...not to mention 3 times! CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!!!!

I've been to this KFC several times and I have to say that I have rarely left happy. One time they forgot my daughter's side order of corn in her kid's meal. Tonight they were all out of corn and all out of drink carriers. They don't seem to carry the new items advertised on the TV commercials and you really have to stay on them to make sure you get all you order. Came home to find no napkins or utensils in our bag.
