It is impossible to get to talk to a human being when calling. The auto-attendant does not recognize "O" and you have to wait through a litany of choices, then you may get to a speech recognition auto-attendant. Very frustrating, and I could not get my question answered or talk to anyone. I would have rated this bank zero stars if this rating program would let me do that. It forces you to rate the business at least one.
