I lived here about 3 years. the AC is terrible which results in very high electrical bills; the maintenance is poor and management non-to poorly responsive.

The pool was out of service all last summer. There is a burned out building that is rumored to have burned as a result of wiring...it is been sitting for over 8 months vacant.

I would not recommend this apartment to anyone.

I applied 8/24/16. I had to follow up 3 times only to have the manger deny me today, 9/6/16 after I told her I had 2 guarantors as I've used for EVERY other apartment I've rented. The manger Nicole is rude and the parent company Churchill Forge doesn't care. Now they tell me my $200 deposit may take weeks to get refunded. I anticipate having to call these people several more times to get my money.
