I am also with Kirk. They have made appointment after appointment with us and never shown up. I called and they told me they would call back and never called back. Because they never showed up, we were found in non-compliance after a code inspection. I had to call 3 times today

I would not recommend this company. I called and made a appointment and waited all day. They did not show up or call and inform me they weren't coming. I called the following day and they said he would come out and again did not call or show up. I will not use this company again. They are very unreliable and terrible customer service.
