While other companies are moving into corporate off-the-shelf management systems that force compliance with mega corporate on-line travel and vacation rental websites, we have remained independent and flexible, based on our decades of experience. Also, by design, we do not sell real estate and we do not manage long-term rentals. This allows us to completely focus on providing detailed and outstanding vacation rental management services for privately owned Key West weekly rentals and Key West monthly rentals. We are a locally grown, locally based entrepreneurial business with deep roots in Key West. We are also well educated world travelers, with several international staff members who help bring a global awareness to our customer service. This means we have both the local knowledge required to get things done on a small island hundreds of miles from the nearest city, and the sophistication required to manage privately owned vacation homes that are part of a world destination that increasingly caters to the luxury traveler.
