Wow, to read all the good reviews, mine is the complete opposite. I went in and spoke to Tony a couple of weeks ago and he was very informative and I bought a few things at that time. Today I went in to inquire costs for an item and he was EXTREMELY rude to me on multiple levels. Well, now I will NEVER go to R & R Hitches ever again.

I bought a brand new trailer a few years ago for towing my Jeep--the trailer gets a lot of use so decided to have it checked before going on a trip. Tony Scott found that three hubs had to be replaced due to bad grease and/or very little grease - it was also the wrong grease for the trailer as received from the manufacturer. Also, three bearings were shot, so they too had to be replaced. One of the hubs was worn down to nothing! Tony was amazed I had even managed to arrive at his shop without the trailer failing. Even with his busy schedule Tony was able to take care of my trailer the same day. Here's a suggestion dear people; when you buy a new or used trailer have all the parts checked immediately, preferably by Tony (if you live in the area) and always pay attention to your inner voice. Tony also advised that I have it checked yearly--that's a given! Tony's honesty and integrity are outstanding, his prices are very reasonable and his knowledge of all things motorized is exceptional!

When I called and spoke to Tony, I wasn't exactly sure what I needed, but he took the time to listen to me and help me make sure the parts I ordered were correct. Great customer service!

Called and had a unique request, Tony took the time to research and describe what i needed and also suggested some items that i really didnt need that was suggested by others. Very clear about what they can do and have a great selection of parts onhand. Exactly what Kingman needs.
