      Very rude and unprofessional, person on the phone was not speaking loud enough nor clearly, when I try to ask a question he blew up on me saying I was taking over him . Couldn't hear him speaking ... Needs to learn how to properly speak to customers I will go elsewhere for my wife's and my CHL
