Showed up 15 minutes early for our appointment and then was locked away in a patient room for an hour without being seen. Maybe this was isolated, but the very fact that there was zero communication regarding the delay or how much longer we'd be there is unacceptable. We got up left her practice and still have no idea what she looks like.
