Long time customer. Just wanted to get my jewelry cleaned. Horrible. I could not hear him as he would not open the door. Kept yelling something. Indicated I could not hear him. Finally another consumer came by and he opened the door for him. Stated something about a mask and Black Male.....threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave. Never been treated in a racial fashion like this before. What does a black male have to do with wanting to get my jewelry cleaned? I drove up there in my 2021 car, well dressed, and was not a threat at all. Apparently this place has a problem with black males.

Love this shop! Always friendly. Always timely. And I never feel ripped off, unlike when I go to some of the larger jewelers. They are a family and treat you like family when you are there. Definitely go there if you are looking for a trust worthy and skilled jewelers. I've bought stuff out of the case and had custom creations made as well. Will continue to use them forever.

My family has been using Kens jewelers for over 20 years. I recently had a 10 year anniversary ring custom-made by them. Louis worked with me every step of the way. He made a wax mold, to make sure I was happy with the look. He offered to make changes, but it was perfect the first time. I would highly recommend them!

My wife & I came to their store twice to have her ring sized but they always wanted us to leave the ring. Mind you there weren't any customers to say that they are so busy! They wanted me leave for over 3 days. No your not stealing our diamonds! Don't ever use them!!!

DO NOT USE THIS JEWELER!!! They damaged my Invicta watch TWICE! I brought it to them thinking they could do a simple battery replacement. The first contact was to tell me that the movement's date hand fell off and was sliding around inside the watch!? How this happens while replacing a battery is a mystery. Did they use a hammer??? I had them fix the watch and paid for that repair. The second time I picked the watch up, the strap was damaged. I spoke with Albert and he agreed that the watch was NOT damaged when I trusted them with it and dropped it off. However, upon being handed my watch, the strap was broken. Clearly the jeweler's negligence. Albert made me feel as thought they were going to fix it for me when I walked out of the store. A week later I get a call from Albert telling me they can fix it if I PAY FOR THE REPAIR!???? They DO NOT take responsibility for damaging property!!! FIND A REPUTABLE JEWELER! DO NOT TRUST KEN'S JEWELRY IN KISSIMMEE. I wouldn't let them touch another piece of my jewelry!!!

I've been doing business with the very qualified staff at Kens jewelry for a long time, never a single dissapointment! I design it they bring it to life. Every specialist knows their stuff. From a simple cleaning job to creating the most detailed intricate pieces, setting of stones and everything in between they nail it every time. They not only offer setting and repair services but a beautiful array of unique jewelry at great prices. As long as these fine folks are in business I will never go anywhere else for any of my Jewelry Needs! I give them 5 stars! JB

I feel like I am part of this family, I have been patronizing this Jewelry store for over 20 years. They are always happy to see me, and most of the time repair my jewelry while I wait. They know my whole family, and they have always given me a better price and I value there judgement. I had a ring made for my husband who does not like to wear jewelry and he loved it! Now my daughter is bringing her daughter, so we are a third generation customer. We would not even think about going anywhere else but to Kens!!
