HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE !!! Unprofessional supeeeer unprofessional left my dad waiting 4 hours then told him that they could not see him because he didn't have his bank statements after he had every single thing all his forms and receipts you named it and he had it ....only thing missing was statements which I was able to obtain in less than 3mins through our bank app ... Sonia is disrespectful and unprofessional DO NOT GO HERE DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!

Same as the review before me, I was audited back in 2011. However I went this past weekend because is closer to my home and I left the place because they are asking for birth certificates and school records. I've called several Tax places and they are not requiring these documents. Please be careful as SS, birth certificates and school records are very sensitive. I will not go back nor recommend anyone.

Don't fill out/file your taxes with this agency. Three members of my family did and ended up investigated by the IRS and owe back money due to mistakes committed by this agency.
