Dr. Bell has retired and the new dentist is GREAT!

My 3 year old loves him. He is great with kids. My review with him was wonderful. His staff are also great. I love this man. Both of my daughters go to him. We love him. I am very happy with his services.CAG Knoxville, TN

Called the news about him! Bad attitude towards kids (he's a pediatric dentist!). Uses the 'hand over mouth' method. He describes as 'pinching the nasal passage and cupping his hand over child's mouth if needed to gain control' of an un cooperative child! Slammed my 5 yr. old's arms on chair armrest; then, refused to recrown a tooth where the crown had fallen off (that he had previously crowned); because, after slamming my child's arms on arm-rest, his arms slowly moved to his lap! We had driven an hour to have the crown re-fixed due to pain and not being able to eat. His response was, ripping off his mask, and yelling, 'You can take (my child) somewhere else since (my child) can't keep (my child)'s arms on the arm-rest!' Even though I pleaded that not only could we NOT wait any longer for the re-crown or find a dent. in such short notice (& since he's the dent. who crowned the tooth months prior; and we had driven an hour for this squeeze-in appt.--he STILL acted erratical & refused.
