This greatly simplifies and speeds the design and construction process through as few sources as possible. With my 40 years experience, I have become a trained problem solver, able to assist you in making smart educated decisions. Through two-dimensional and three- dimensional drawings, and face-to-face meetings, I will develop and clearly communicate the concepts for your project. When you select me as the architect for your project, you are taking the first step toward ensuring your building investment will produce a strong return and reflect your personality and lifestyle. I can represent you and your interests in all dealings with your contractor and building officials. I can help you get the most out of your construction budget. I will assist you as early as when you are selecting and developing your site. After your project is built, I will help you manage your building and facilitate growth, changes, and maintenance. Designing a building or residence today is not what it used to be. It's not just about bricks and mortar. It also includes understanding the nuances of today's building codes, Americans with Disabilities Act, Sustainable/Green Building solutions, and a good knowledge of innovations in materials and construction techniques.
