Our philosophy for child care and our first priority is to help children (ages 4 weeks to 12 years), build self-esteem through the use of praise and encouragement. Our second priority is to provide a happy, safe and comfortable environment in which children can increase their skills in various areas. Coulee Children's Center is designed to provide quality child care for children of all abilities. Our philosophy is based on the concept of "full inclusion" in order for children to have the opportunity to learn and accept differences among individuals. Our facility is designed specifically to fulfill our mission by creating a comfortable child-oriented environment. The Early Intervention Program is staffed by experienced, dedicated and licensed therapists and teachers. Our physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists and Early Childhood Special Educators travel to the eligible child's natural environment and work with the family, teaching them ways to improve their child's functioning in their daily routines For more information on eligibility requirements for the Birth to Three Program, contact your county's human services department.
