I'd give a lower rating than this, if possible. Very insensitive to the feelings of pet's family/owners. Very condescending, patronizing, to impersonal. Extremely callous with end-of-life decisions.
We have used this animal hospital for many years and many pets. They are very clean, very professional and our pets have received nothing but excellent care. I especialy like the separate dog and cat waiting areas. It makes it less stressful for everyone.
I have taken my pets to Grossmont Animal Hospital for the past 20+ years and have been extremely happy with their services. The staff is helpful and friendly and the vets and terrific, especially Dr. Millien, she is the best! I wouldn't go anywhere else.
