      I used this company to do two big custom pieces of glass in my kitchen and I am highly disappointed with the customer service and outcome of the work done. I was not happy screws were striped, the glass was not cleaned. The glue is still stuck to the stainless steel they should have cleaned it!! When they came back I asked do you personally think this looks good and he said I don't care it's what you asked for now pay me. I asked what could we do to correct this any ideas?? And he didn't say anything except pay me. He was not helpful in resolving my issue and left with out even trying to help correct the issues or even give a little input. I will never use this company again .

      Perfect! One visit to measure, one visit to install. Repaired two windows in my house for a reasonable price. Showed up on time for both visits. Both visits brief as possible. Better than expected experience. Highly recommend Grangan & Sons Glass Co.
