I went here for the first time today to switch phones, knowing it was going to be a long process with what I had going on. I worked with Jon and I have to say he was so patient and professional and stuck it out with me til the end. He really knows his stuff and he never made me feel like my questions were stupid even though they were. Glad I found this store and won't dread doing business with them again.
