I've been going to Chastain's for years. Brad made my beautiful ring a few years ago & now I have a gorgeous bracelet!!! I also get my Pandora here...love it!

What nice people! I took a watch in for them to look at and see if perhaps they could repair it. They repaired a minor issue for no charge! No one does that! I will definitely be back to Chastain's to purchase jewelry.

I've been going to Chastain for years (since 2001). I bought my first engagement ring which was beautiful...I have an odd ring size and they steered me away from rings that wouldn't have sized well (instead of just trying to upsell me like other stores - they were very educational which I appreciated).



I also have bought Pandora for myself and family, two watches, watch batteries for my son's watches and three smaller diamond rings - all which had to be special ordered close to my size, then they resized to my exact size there.



I go in regularly and they clean all my jewelry for free (not just what I bought there), have repaired a few of my other items and are always very friendly. I highly recommend them!
