The person who complains regarding real estate was not forthcoming with all aspects of the case. The defendant was pro se and further prolonged the entire litigation until the day of trail when an attorney was obtained. An offer was made however Plaintiff would not accept any offer. Any knowledgeable person would know that it takes time to settle matters when you are working with a pro se litigant.
