      The name of that rude cab driver was "ken" just so you know sweetheart...just make sure you dont get him again...they need to fire him

      Just awful. The operator, coincidentally is very nice. However the drivers are rude (one actually cursed at me for using a debit card), I've never got a cab in less than an hour, the fares on the same drive are somehow more and more each time... Just terrible.

Drivers are all licensed by the City of Lakeland, as required, DOT physicals and drug tested, as well as a complete background check. Don't take chances with unknown operators!
