They were super helpful and understanding! I love it when you can walk in and are greeted by a lovely smile, not to mention helping me find the absolutely perfect Dress! They were so very helpful. Very honest and kind homey people that made me feel very comfortable.

Please, do yourself a favor and read through all of the reviews. This place is absolutely terrible! Save yourself the trouble and choose another shop. There are plenty of other places around and near Lakeland that do a much better job.

I went there looking for a mother of the groom dress. Although I did not purchase as they didn't not have color I wanted, I wanted to leave a review for service.
The service was so good and the girls couldn't have been more attentive. They suggested and helped me and I felt so comfortable. I was disappointed I could not purchase my dress there. However, my granddaughter will definitely go there when it's time for prom.

Friendliest, nicest group of ladies at Edwards Macy Bridal! I found my perfect dress with the help of my consultant. We had alot of fun, and shopping was stress free as they pick dresses for you to try on. Will shop there again.

The woman I was supposed to be paired with was very nice. However, she was so inexperienced that she had to have the manager and another associate help us find dresses. The manager was rude and obviously had very little patience. Also, I asked for fit and flare. Instead of telling me that they didn't have what I wanted they tried to find other dresses for me to try on...as if they wanted to change my mind. I was extremely disappointed. I am all about helping local businesses, but unfortunately this business will never have me walk through their front door ever again. This place honestly deserves no stars and needs to be removed from all search engines.

Horrible place. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was there to look at wedding dresses and the manager was extremely rude and insulting. I was not allowed to browse through the bridal dresses that were on display. We walked out after only being there a few minutes. My day was completely ruined. Buying a wedding dress should be a great experience. So glad I went to Albert Griffin bridal today. I found the dress of my dreams and the staff was absolutely amazing!

Most unprofessional bridal shop, very rude and no consideration to the brides experience on selecting wedding dress, didnt allow to try on and view the styles to make a choice. Dont recommend this shop to anyone. I will take my business else where.

The staff is very friendly. Charlene was wonderful. Instead of picking out dresses for me she let me look at what i liked and gave good suggestions as far as fit. I had a great experience.

I got my prom dress from here. And because im not 6 foot tall and 102 lbs. i needed some alterations... they have a very experienced team of woman that help you with anything. I can say that that when you walk in the store it may not look like the other bridal shops. But the other bridal shops have not been in business for like ever... they have a lot of history. I find myself looking for a reason to go in there and just look at dresses... im pretty sure they have over 2,000 dresses... lol if not its really close... huge selection!!! It took me a few times to go in and try on my dress but thats only because i had so many that i liked. But i finally got one and it arrived with pleny of time to spare in case something happend along they way. when i hear of girls geting married or going to prom i always recommend Edwards Macy over the other bridal shops. My experience was great and if you go im sure yours will be to!!!!!
