Called for a clogged kitchen sink/garbage disposal. I explained this to the person who answered the phone who asked a few questions and was very professional, as well as friendly. She told me she was page the technician on call, which happened to be Clay Todd. He called me back in less than 10 minutes, and was on his way. He was prompt, extremely knowledgeable and polite. He worked hard and got the job done! I am extremely pleased with the service I recieved and will use them again. Highly recommended.

Had them out to move there water softener out of my Garage since the wrong pipe was hooked up to fed the whole house, and they stuck the drain into the ground and that didn't go well it was not draining properly and spraying all over my yard and killing the grass in front of the softener, so I called them and they came back out and charged me again to repair the drain they installed incorrectly the first time instead of running it to the street in the beginning, Really disappointed and will not call back out again. Does not stand behind the work obviously

We were surprised to find the carpet in our bedroom closet soaking wet in the middle of a Saturday afternoon. We didn't know who to call, but found True Plumbers as one of the highest rated companies in our area. Steven and Kent arrived promptly and found that our leaking shower valve mechanism needed to be replaced. These guys were fantastic! Very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous! Just move to Florida from Illinois 3 1/2 month ago and renovated our entire house and was having problems looking for a good plumbing company, we decided to use true plumbers after 2 horrible plumbing company and kept seeing signs and trucks everywhere with true plumbers. So we decided to call them, and today they came to Finnish the job. Joshua Phillips & John Riff from true plumbers came by today to finnish a job before my kitchen was done ready for plumbing. They were here before to do plumbing in our guest bathroom and I have to say they are the best in the field, very professional, humble and most of all perfectionist. They are the meaning of true professionals. My wife and I have hired other plumbing companies and we have had only decent work to horrible plumbers. TRUE PLUMBERS IS BY FAR THE BEST IN THE BUSINESS... Affordable prices and quality work. We have had them come 3 times and their other team members from the company was professional as well, You can tell Joshua and John are just good people by nature, because each time they come to do a job they have the same attitude. OC & Stephen were fast, friendly & knowledgeable. They went on my roof to unclog my kitchen sink. It was quick, easy & clean. Within 30 mins of arriving, they set up, unclogged the clog, cleaned up & paperwork was done. Seems every year around this time I have this clog. I've been calling True Plumbers for the past 4 years. Randall and Riff arrived promptly, we're courteous and professional, and took care of the problem with the main drain line quickly. They informed me that the problem was roots growing into the line, so I will need to get the source of the problem corrected soon. I will definitely call True Plumbers to do this. Just had some plumbing work completed by Hutch Cooper, an employee of True Plumbers. He is such a professional, respectful and knowledgeable person. His work is excellent and he cleaned up his work area better than he found it. He explained what he needed to do to fix my leaking shower and did so quickly and efficiently. Osiel (OC) Alvarez is professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I can't say enough good things about him and his company, True Plumbers. My water heater stopped heating water and, liking hot showers, I was panicked. Turned to True Plumbers and within a few hours OC came, installed a new water heater and I am back in the hot shower business.

I can't say enough good thing about this company. They did a great job and went the extra mile. My Property Insurance tried to get out of paying they worked with me a 100% resolving it.

Worst repair ever, first plumber tried to sat whole house needed to be re-plumbed, not repair the leak he was called out for. Renter stayed home from work to meet plumber who was hours later than appt. Renter asked if he needed to stay or could he leave to get food, was advised he was not needed. Plumbers left work unfinished with water not turned on. True plumbers were called to come out and finish and was told they were booked and it would be the following day or maybe the next day. suddenly a cancellation made a call available, second plumber told my tenant that all work done the day before was all wrong and the entire thing had to be re-done. Water leaked from 2 of the new fittings installed that evening. i am done with these folks.

As other reviews state, I'm happy with the work completed. The tech was early and worked quickly. However, I wasn't advised of the estimate (as promised when I made the appointment), just the final bill. All in all, I'm satisfied; improving on explaining charges would go a long way.

As for the Job , they were quick and efficent . I called for a leaking Toilet supply line with a valve that would not shut off. I was advised on the phone when I called in there would be a 50.00 service call that would be waied if I had the work done once the estimate was given. I wasn't given an estimate , the tech . completed the job without advising me of the total price . Once he was done I was advised the total chg was 165.00 to replace the Toilet guts and the supply line. He never touched the valve which is still frozen and will need to be replaced. As with the previous review no break down on the bill just a total. Not sure what they charged me for the parts and what was considered labor. Total time was less than 30 min. I wasn't aware of a problem with the inside workings of the toilet and would have appreciated the repairman discussing the fact with me before he replaced something I'm not sure was a problem. In the end the leak is repaired and I am happy for that. I just wish they had been a bit more upfront about an estimate. It would have poss prevented me from feeling a bit taken on replacing something other than what was discussed on the phone and something I wasn't aware there was a problem with.

This is a great company! They really came through for me in tough situation. After having a terrible experience with a plumber that left me in the lurch, and had awful customer service, True Plumbing saved the day with immediate service. They are friendly, efficient and do great work for a fair price. I would strongly recommend them to my own mother.
