Of the half dozen soils engineers we consulted, this was the only firm willing to consider the reality of what it really took to design our foundation for a hillside location in La Jolla. They saved us a ton of money by not overdesigning just to cover their inexperience. They have the engineering skill to get right to the right point and solve it.
