A small family owned business. They've always been knowledgeable and fast with their services. I recommend them.

My experience hasn't been good. I purchased a "Heat Surge" fireplace insert on 8/18/2014 paid in full including delivery. After about 4 weeks I called them (Riley's Vacuum Sales and Service) and told them I hadn't received the heater and was told he would get back to me depending on when his supplier got back to him. It is now 10/21/2014 over (8) weeks that I paid in full for this heater and neither Riley's or his supplier has contacted me by phone or letter to explain or give me a ship date even though I have called Riley's several times and left messages for them to do so.
