I can't even give this company one star! The material is terrible! I applied it to the manufacture's spec, along with the advise of the staff and the material was gone inside of 6 months. This was a 100,000 sq ft job. The customer was mad to say the least. I asked Seal Master to come to the property. They refused. This is a franchaise company and it shows! They only care about the first sale. There is a reason this place has changed hands numourous times! Do yourself a favor, call Gem Seal. They are located in Dallas and make great material!

There is a much better sealer company in Dallas called Gem Seal. The people are very knowledgeable and the material is the best! It drys black, it's thick and inexpensive. You will never find better sealcoating prodcuts and be treated better than at Gem Seal!
