      On the contrary, I found the staff extremely efficient and helpful after the death of my mother and took care of all the packing and shipping. Everything arrived expertly packed, although I had nothing of real high value, sentimental means more. The 2 ladies and man were the most professional, very friendly and courteous.

      incompetent. dropped off two Fios DVRs to be sent back to Verizon. The UPS store lost them and now I'm billed over $1300.00 for these two lost DVRs. You would think UPS store would exceed at shipping since that is the basis of UPS, not so at this branch.
