Over the years Fireseed has become known for its high end hors d'oeuvre parties, abundantly rich buffets, seasonal plated dinners, and unique twists on classic dishes. Fireseed Catering hosts onsite ceremonies and receptions in landscaped gardens and indoor events within its own renovated barn. Fireseed derives its name from the basics of cooking - fire, and the basics of food - seeds. "We believe that within the basics are the secrets to flavors that are lost in our fast food world." From almost an acre of organic vegetable gardens Fireseed Catering provides seasonal produce to add a local green touch to any event.
