These guys are messed up in the head and will take anybody's car without authorization and will not leave any kind of note or anything informing you that your car as been taken. I had to report my car stolen and didn't find out it was there until 2 hours later and had no idea it was taken. There customer service is horrible. I called and they refused to give me any information on why my car was picked up. Please be safe guys and girls and don't use their service unless you have to because they are the real criminals. What they did was unlawful and illegal. And will be brought before a court of law or justice of the peace. Talked with the police today and they said this tow trucking company should have known better. Had to report them to the tow truck licensing agency in Austin Texas as well. P.s. the owner/manager Cesar is a rude not law abiding idiot.
