Walked in, nobody said a word to me or my daughter, stood there for 10 minutes , screaming brats family was at check out/check in counter , there machine kept going out on them. Regardless SOMEONE , should have at least said Hi. Ended up leaving and taking my daughter to Ulta, where they know hiw to treat customers. You get what you pay for., my daughters hair is beautiful thanks to the ladies at Ulta. Oh and I'm a big tipper. 20.00 tip usually. Cool cuts for kids is ghetto and not worth it. My advice, spend 10.00 more dollars and go somewhere where they treat you well.
