      Bought their insurance they didn't cancel my monthly insurance and I didn't find out until I bought a new phone (2year) First, Manager no called 3 times over 5 days then finally told me, tough luck I should have read my bill. The fact that they admittedly made the 1st mistake and then twice when I came in with a broken phone sent me to use Verizons insurance (which is apparently called Asurion like I would know that) when I told them I purchased insurance up front from them has no bearing and they will not do ANYTHING.
